As a chartered surveyor who did not have time to manage the project management for his daughter I found Patricia cox to be outstanding .The project was delivered on time and with great attention to detail and some wonderful ideas. I would not hesitate to recommend her

I cannot speak highly enough about Patricia and her wonderful team who oversaw the renovation of my home. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and truly dedicated. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They made sure that every aspect of the project was on track, from selecting the right materials to managing the building team. They communicated clearly and frequently, always keeping me in the loop about progress and any potential changes or challenges. Patricia and her team were extremely efficient. I bought a flat in no state to live in and within 3 months of engaging their services it was ready to go. She has all the trade contracts required to get the job done. They came up with solutions not problems and guided me through the building work (which I previously had no clue about). They even, very generously, sorted the problems caused by working on my floor to the flat below mine. Patricia was extremely enthusiastic and maintained the energy and drive required for a large renovation throughout.
